The artwork tells the story about the local sandstone landscape that we see all over the Warrane (Sydney) area.

Many carving and engraving created by the local Aboriginal people have been rediscovered in the sandstone, telling stories of the animals of the area.

Sandstone is very precious as its easy to carve into and many stories and some places are known to be traditional sacred places to teach the younger generations about the traditional LORE.
