These baskets were made to hold that which the body no longer can on its own. Both the physical, in the form of placenta, teeth, umbilical cord and hair, as well as the invisible longings, memories and feelings that are too big for the body.

These baskets hold what my body cannot, in the pre-conception journey to motherhood; as two mothers, as a non-birthing mother.
