Talking about instinct related stuff. Listening. Inside. To outside but inside. Hearing with your head, your heart, and your gut. Speaking about the instinct travelling all through me. I walk with the instinct. My hands convey instinct, and the instinct is what I have learned to listen to. It’s what taught me how to accept me well and truly.

It’s the old voices that speak to me through life like a grandmother and grandfather and help me find my way. Like relatives speaking to me inside and telling me “I know what them fullas are like, it’s ok keep going” and it’s like, me, I accepted me! I influenced me! I was always who I was and today I learn these things being able to understand them more because we have to accept things about our self and nurture ourselves regardless of anyone else’s actions or inactions.
