Placemaking NSW

Boomalli and Wiradjuri & Yorta Yorta Artist, Joanne Cassady, collaborated with Placemaking NSW and Barangaroo on the 2023 Barangaroo Christmas tree. Three artworks by Joanne were used in the design for the tree, Cootamundra, New Life and Baludharra-Cold Seasons Series 5.

Joanne also facilitated a series of kids workshops where they painted on their own wooden Christmas ornaments.
